**We are currently seeking Care Workers to work within the Community in and around the Ammanford area.**

**Job Overview**:
Caring and supporting clients within their own homes, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with medication, food preparation and light domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning. Some duties will require an element of manual handling.

Companionship and emotional support play a vital role in your day-to-day visits, so you will need to be kind, patient, compassionate and dependable.

Using your own vehicle to drive from home to home, as well as accompanying some individuals out into the Community for their wellbeing, **you must have a valid Full UK/International Driving License and your own car.** Business car insurance will also be required.

**Training**:
You may already be an established carer, or new to caring, either way we offer full training and support. Starting with a three-day Induction, which includes basic life support, medication, and manual handling training. Then you will buddy up with an experienced partner when you first start attending calls, so you won't be on your own. We will also support you to gain your Social Care Wales Registration within 6 months, so you are fully compliant.

As well as a very competitive salary of £12.00 per hour weekdays and £12.50 for weekends, which is paid weekly, we also offer a £250 New Starter Bonus. If you refer a friend to work for us, you will both receive a £150 bonus too
