**About the role and our team**

Join our team as an Examinations Administrator at St Ninians High School

Within this role, you will provide specialist support managing and administering the schools examination data and resources, supporting staff and pupils within a rewarding environment.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

- Helping ensure that all examinations are conducted in accordance with the regulations
- Training and supervision of invigilators
- Working with Teachers to collect, collate and enter data for examination entries
- Planning exam timetables including exam room seating plans, invigilation rotas
- Helping to ensure that the correct access arrangements are in place for students

We are looking for a team player, who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys the challenge of working with a high degree of accuracy and who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills and information.
