Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking for experienced Warehouse Person to join our busy team, working full time, Monday to Friday, five days per week 8.30 - 5.30 in our Pembroke Dock operation.

The Rôle

The responsibilities will include reading packing lists to prepare accurate/fast orders for our safety, engineering & welding products, galvanised cast iron handrail fittings, picking the correct items, final quality inspection, securely boxing the goods, the preparation of carton and pallet deliveries, and completing and processing shipping paperwork, whilst working as part of a team maintaining a tidy warehouse. The job may also involve the unloading of incoming containers, inspection of goods inwards, use of fork-lift to manage stock rotation in the warehouse, and loading of pallets onto carriers’ vehicles. You will be expected to follow instructions, use the company’s computer systems and following the company’s Quality Management System. The job will also involve all other normal duties associated with the daily operation of a busy SME warehouse / distribution facility.

References from previous employers will be required for the successful applicant.
