**Your new role**:
Working in a small team of two, you will be responsible for working together to process six payrolls across UK & Ireland monthly and bi - weekly.

You will help and support our Krispy Kremers’ payroll and company benefits enquiries that come in ensuring that people are paid correctly and on time.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Payroll Processing
- Timecards - (Hourly-paid)
- Pension Administration
- New Starters & Leavers
- Sickness Administration
- Month End

**Your CV & Style**:

- Previous payroll experience, ideally in a multi-site organisation
- Previous experience of running monthly and fortnight payroll
- Desirable experience using ichris (Frontier) Payroll system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, adjusting priorities when required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situations
- Ireland payroll experience desired but not essential
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete processes and schedule tasks with little supervision
- A pragmatic and ‘can do’ attitude
- Team Player with a great attitude towards customer service
- Solid Microsoft skills in Excel is essential as this role is heavily managed in spreadsheets
