**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that reception desks are kept clean and tidy.
- Managing bookings, payments, and cancellations.
- Ensuring that all guests are provided with the highest level of customer service.
- Monitoring and maintaining the security of the premises.
- Ensuring that all reception staff adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Providing training and guidance to reception staff.
- Ensuring that the reception area is well-stocked with supplies.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest bookings and payments.
- Assisting with any other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
