**Role**

This role is based at our sheet plant operation in Lurgan.

The role will have the following responsibilities: assisting with control of the performance of the site, with reference to pre agreed targets, assisting with the day to day running of the plant including all internal processes and the management of both production operatives and administration staff. Major focus on P&L for the site ref Stock and maximisation of board usage and reduction of waste.

The following are considered to be essential for the role:

- Good communication skills both in a written and oral form
- A high degree of self motivation and ability to work without supervision
- Ability to make considered decisions against clearly defined parameters
- Ability to liaise and interact with customers and to be able to clearly understand and interpret their requirementsThe following would be considered desirable for the role:

- Experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment
- Exposure to pricing and other commercial decision making processes
- Knowledge of the various type of print available within the packaging industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
