Machinist

Due to high demand and the launch of new products, we’re looking for additional Metalwork Machine Operatives to work within our Metalwork team.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to work within the metalwork facility manufacturing the company’s products, ensuring the highest of quality standards are met.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for CNC Punch or Press Brake Operators looking for a rewarding role that will allow them to contribute to a growing business.
Ideally you will have proven experience setting and operating punch or press brakes or alternatively be an experience CNC operator. However, if you have a proven history as a machinery operative, full training will be given.

**Shifts**:
We work on a 3 week shift rotation (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am) and offer a 15% shift rate uplift across all 3 to allow for consistency. We also have generous overtime rates for those willing to work additional hours/weekends, as well as some excellent company benefits
