**About the role**

Join our Adult Safeguarding Team within Manx Care as a Senior Practitioner.

In this role, you will support the Team Manager of the Adult Safeguarding Team in aspects of the delivery of responses and interventions associated with the safety and welfare of vulnerable adults who are at risk of abuse or neglect.

You will also be involved in supervising and supporting a small team, allocating cases and preparing for and planning meetings and case conferences.

We are looking for someone who is person-focused, well-organised and compassionate and will have a firm commitment to driving improvement and promoting a learning culture.
