**Temporary Service Coordinator - Operations**

**Pay rate £12.00 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 3 months**
**Possible temp to perm position** Create a customer excellence approach & culture. Report all service concerns. Proactively communicate with customers. React to and manage customer queries and complaints Key responsibilities:

- Implement service practices that meet the customers’ needs
- Maintain a “zero harm” safety culture within depots
- Ensure service delivery, in line with customer expectations;
- Engage with interested stakeholders including the wider Veolia team or Management team
- Ensure legal compliance on site - WTD and transport compliance
- Provide clear, transparent and accurate reporting of daily debriefing
- Lead, manage and develop all direct reports Communicate matters of business interest and importance to Drivers
- Ensure operational efficiencies
- Implement standard and work practices to ensure activities conform with company policy, procedures and relevant legislation;
- Support a “right first time” approach

- Minimum of 12 months **recent** experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).

**If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates. If you wish to understand PAYE vs Umbrella more, please let us know and we can send you some additional information for clarity.**
