We have an exciting opportunity for a Restorative Justice Area coordinator (RJAC) to join the Restorative Justice team in Warwickshire, working 22.5 hours a week (hours flexible to suit).

We need you to help us to develop and deliver our Restorative Justice (RJ) services across Warwickshire, under the direction of the Operations Manager and in accordance with the area-wide RJ Delivery plan.

**About the role**:
This role is based at Bedworth Police Station and will be co-located with the Harm Hub team and Victim Support. Working alongside our current RJAC you will both act as the the main point of contact for raising the profile, understanding and uptake of the RJ service across Warwickshire

You will need to ensure the highest standards of RJ practices in accordance with the principles of the Restorative Justice Council and deliver on the outcomes expected for both the harmed and harmers who engage in the process.
