Waiter/server

Responsibilities:
Main responsibility is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Excellent customer service involves greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, making menu recommendations to customers and serving them within a reasonable timeframe. It also means responding calmly and politely to customer complaints. Tries to resolve customers' issues to ensure their experience remains positive.

Take the customers’ orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation

Confirm that the food items match the orders and deliver them at the tables

Inquire if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments

Operate the drink fountain and coffee station

Attend regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials

Staff lunch and dinner provided

Full-time working hours

Split shifts Tuesday to Saturday - 52.5hrs

Tuesday and Wednesday 9.45- 15.00 then 17.30 to 22.45

Thursday and Friday 9.45- 15.00 then 17.30 to 23.00

Saturday 9.45-15. 00 then 17.30 to 23.30

Part-time working hours to be agreed (Flexible)
