Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop employees
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the shop
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Train and mentor new employees
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for interacting with customers and vendors
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, scheduling, and record keeping
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning shop
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends to make informed decisions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
