HSE Recruitment Network are currently representing a great opportunity for a well know food manufacturer, and are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to work on a single site with over 300 staff.
Health & Safety Manager

**Salary**: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, Plus £5,000 car allowance
Location: Dartford
Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the requirements of all relevant H&S legislation are followed and implemented, and that the business complies with corporate and legal requirements at all times.
- Ensure a positive H&S culture is prevalent throughout the Business.
- Deliver continuous improvement in Health & Safety standards and practices year on year.
- Maintain and develop integrated HSE management system, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:

- Manufacturing experience, ideally with prior food manufacturing experience
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
Ideal Personality Traits:

- Self-motivated and engaging with gravitas
- Adaptive thinker
- Able to influence, gain buy -in with strong communication skills
