What will this role achieve?

ATM’s are accountable for line efficiency, product and process delivery, the site targets for PPM’s, downtime and achieving a production plan that ensure customer supply. ATM’s will work effectively with others as part of a team consisting of Team Members & TC’s, who have all of the skills to comply with quality, safety and any other requirements.

What will be your key deliverables?- You will be the first point of contact when machinery breaks down- Lead the Engineering expectations for PPM (services) delivery, highlight when engineering resource / skills are required and maintain plant effectiveness through the planned maintenance program.- Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.- Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered.

Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance
- Experience of leading process and continuous improvement cultures

Double Days B Shift - Week 1: 6am-2pm, Week 2: 2pm-10pm
