**Salary 20 - 26k OTE 30K plus**

**Do you have a Minimum NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy qualification?**

**Do you have 1 year’s experience in a Spa or Clinic environment as a Nail Technician?**

Our client is renowned as one of the market leading Spa’s and retailers for legs, feet, and hand treatments and products sold in their Luxury Clinics, Spas, and retailers across the UK.

We are currently seeking Nail Technicians to join an amazing Spa/clinic.

**Job requirements**:

- Personalised manicure & pedicure treatments that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
- Manicures and Pedicures performed to the highest standards
- Build rapport with clients to retain them and maintain a full schedule.
- Remain current on new trends in the industry.
- Recommend colours, and designs based on each customer's style
- Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to clients.
- Ensure the sanitary of all equipment, cleaning and disinfecting all tools on a daily basis.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with team members and contribute toward a quality work environment
- The ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages return customer visits
- A sense of wanting to be the best, driven to achieve with a can do attitude
- A passion for the beauty/spa industry with a keen sense of caring for clients
- A sense of pride for the treatments provided and the ability to hit retail and treatment targets
- Experience in supporting and working on Front of House to meet and greet, manage the diary and assist in bookings and re-bookings
- Be able to work under pressure and have good time management skills
- The ability to deal tactfully with client concerns, maintaining a professional attitude at all times
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
