Fourblue are working with a company who invest and manage, low carbon assets. They offer in-depth knowledge of O&M (operation & maintenance). A team of passionate people that look to deliver stand out services with the renewable energy industry. Pushing to accelerate the decarbonisation within the energy sector across the UK.

They are seeking a Project Administrator to join the construction team. Responsible for the administration and management of the companys’ growing portfolio of solar and battery storage sites.

**Responsibilities of the Project Administrator**:

- Manage a number of sites, including, but not limited to, monthly reporting, working with the monitoring and on-site teams as well as approved sub-contractors
- Support the office-based management of a Portfolio of Solar Construction sites
- Supporting the Construction Project Managers to ensure work is scheduled /completed
- Management of work orders and digital platforms
- Assisting with the production of monthly reports and general reporting for clients
- Analysis the Portfolio of sites with Commercial, Legal and Investment teams
- Assisting with the management of Planning Consent condition activities, CCTV and security contractors
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, e.g. LDs, Performance testing, Defect remediation, etc and communicating them with the wider team
- Liaison with clients, subcontractors and landowners

**Criteria for the Project Administrator**:

- Excellent computer skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as CMMS software is required
- Previous experience working in the Solar or Construction industry, or similar maintenance/facilities management is desired
- Knowledge of construction health and safety, power generation technologies and equipment are desired
