Location: Dundalk or surrounding areas

Remuneration: €50,000 - €60,000neg

The role of the Marketing Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions will involve:

- Marketing Manager position promoting a range of high end manufactured precast concrete products such as prestressed flooring, precast stairs, precast walls, prestressed walls, precast frames, precast columns, precast beams and paving
- Target audience includes contractors, housebuilders, developers and landscapers for projects such as hotels, schools, shops and driveways
- You will be required to travel to the different sites within the group, liaising with the management and sales teams to increase brand awareness and performance across the board
- Responsible for developing the brands within the group, management of the websites and for the marketing budget
- Identifying opportunities to exploit new marketing strategies that will deliver growth and increase commercial awareness
- Responsible for the management of our clients social media and content writing, such as LinkedIn
- Analysing trends and changes in the market to stay ahead of competitors
- Working and liaising with the external sales team, passing them any leads generated
- Organising and attending trade shows
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Executive

The ideal applicant will be a Marketing Manager - Precast Concrete Solutions with:

- Must have 5 years’ experience in a marketing management position
- Possessing a construction or manufacturing background is highly advantageous however not essential
- Must be an enthusiastic and confident individual with a personable demeanour
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving license
