Are you looking for your next step up in the hospitality industry? Our client is a luxury Cotswold Manor House Hotel which is part of a larger hotel group. They pride themselves in being a blend of country-house character and contemporary four-star luxury.This amazing venue are in search of an experienced, personable and hands on head receptionist to lead the daily running of the front desk.

The Role:

- To take responsibility for the service standards of the Reception team and to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- To manage, encourage and develop a team, to ensure that all legal and Company standards are being met.
- To promote and maintain the professional profile of the Reception team.
- Anticipate guests needs where possible and react to those needs to enhance guest satisfaction.

The Person:

- 2 years experience at 3-4* establishments
- Strong and proven management skills
- Strong and proven administerial skills
- A passion for customer service and delivery
- Hands-on, can-do attitude.

- £27,000 - £31,000 Annual Salary DOE
