Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective Facebook and Google Ads strategies to maximize client ROI.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and optimal advertising placements.
- Create compelling ad copy, engaging visuals, and A/B test campaigns to optimize performance.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign metrics, providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to consistently deliver cutting-edge strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, with a track record of achieving exceptional results.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think outside the box.
