Job Title**:Production Line Leader**

**Job Type**: Permanent full time

Location: Epworth, Doncaster. DN9 1LB

**Weekend Night Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 6am**

Pay Rates at 18 years of age and over:
Basic Hourly Rate: £12.60-£14.39 Overtime Hourly Rate: £15.27-£17.06

**Line Leader Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager Line Leaders assist in the delivery of people management, safety, quality and daily production planning.

Setting up the production line to complete specific orders.

Overseeing production line workers and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget.

Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.

Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.

Performing recordkeeping tasks, ensuring all required paperwork is completed promptly, fully and accurately.

**Line Leader Requirements**:
Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Superb leadership, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent problem-solving techniques.
