Hours: Full-time, 9-5, 40 hours per week. Must be willing to work all bank holidays and weekends when required.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Grass cutting and strimming to keep the grounds to a high standard at all times.
- Trimming hedges to enhance the appearance of the park.
- Strimming bank sides to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
- Litter picking to keep the park clean and free of debris.
- Completing maintenance job sheets to document work completed and issues identified.
- Regular inspection and maintenance of pump stations.
- Conducting health and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Managing refuse collection and disposal in accordance with park regulations.
- Performing handyman tasks as needed to maintain park facilities.
- Conducting tree inspections and carrying out necessary tree maintenance.
- Cleaning various areas of the park to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Operating blowers to clear debris and leaves from pathways and common areas.
- Addressing blocked drains promptly to prevent flooding and maintain drainage systems.
- Safely cutting down trees when necessary and disposing of the debris properly.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to grounds-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.

Pay: Up to £23,795.20 per year
