Branch Administrator - Sales and Lettings:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the branch in all aspects of sales and lettings administration.
- To complete all lettings files prior to submission to PM.
- Assist with office diary management for the teams
- To work in alongside the lettings teams, covering their admin duties in their absence.
- Register new applicants in the absence of the teams and complying with GDPR procedures.
- Ensure documentation is compliant with best practice guidelines.
- Ensure branch marketing is kept up to date, including the window cards and website.
- Provide support and training to the Sales & Lettings team with using database and escalate any issues where necessary.
- Work to exceed your personal targets as well as supporting the office targets.
- General front of house duties, such as: answering the phones, greeting clients and visitors, and applicant registrations.
- Act in a professional capacity at all times by offering a high level of service to everyone.
**Requirements**:

- 6-12 months property experience (highly desired)
- Strong administration skills
- Impeccable customer service
- Strong IT skills inc. MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
