Maintenance position available at Warwickshire Park Hotel supporting the maintenance manager.

The position is for: Tuesday, Wednesday, thursday, Friday and Saturday.

40 hours per week - Working hours - Between 8am and 7pm, dependant upon the busines requirements.

Duties will include general bathroom repairs, painting, basic plumbing and general DIY and landscaping.

Some tiling skills required along with basic carpentry knowledge.

We have electrical and commercial gas engineers that service the hotel for main works on the property.

The position includes Saturday work.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
