**Are you a committed Christian with a passion to see people of all generations worshipping together, growing in their relationships with one another, and in their faith in Jesus Christ?**

Working peripatetically from our **South West Divisional Headquarters** in **Exeter **(and working in the office a minimum of two days per month) you will work collaboratively with our corps (church) leaders and teams across the South West, from Gloucestershire to Cornwall, providing targeted training and support to increase effectiveness in their intergenerational approach to mission and ministry.

Prioritising relationships over programmes, you will help people of all generations to discover a sense of value, identity, and purpose within the diverse family of God’s people.

**_ Summary of key responsibilities:_**

You will also model excellence in intergenerational ministry by supporting the development of existing intergenerational ministry in which children and family’s faith can flourish, including engagement with families and children who have little or no connection with the Christian faith or The Salvation Army.

As well as being an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, you will have:

- A degree with relevant children, youth, or families work qualification and/or excellent knowledge and experience in the development of intergenerational ministry.
- The ability to think and reflect theologically around mission and discipleship.
