Electrical Estimator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing
- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed
- Ensure that all estimates comply with legal and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of cost control principles

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
