**Delivery Truck Driver Job Summary**

Spike Foods is looking for a Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for making deliveries to customers on scheduled routes and exceeding customer satisfaction by delivering products and services in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Delivery Van PROVIDED

**Essential Functions**:

- Loading and unloading delivery truck
- Make direct to store deliveries when needed
- Complete accurate pre-trip checklists and report any issues to management, supervisors or managers
- Communicate effectively with customers and keep their concerns at the forefront of communication
- Develop positive relationships with customers and the team
- Develop a knowledge of routes, neighborhoods, and communities you serve
- Company van provided

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision or be required to be on duty at all times unless otherwise scheduled unless the customer requested otherwise
- Ability to accept responsibility for their work and act accordingly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to importance
- Ability to understand and use basic common sense in order to accept or give information and use logic to make decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally/written word and electronically
- Works effectively with others within the organization and outside of it

Pay: £170.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Putney, SW15 3HQ (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Putney, SW15 3HQ: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
