- 74298An exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join a business based in Driffield on a permanent basis. On offer is an hourly rate of circa £13.50 per hour alongside 33 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata). This role is circa 16 to 20 hours per week and can offer some flexibility with hours/days, with Monday and Tuesday being rigid days due to payroll constraints.

Key responsibilities of the Part-Time Payroll Assistant will include:

- Collate colleague weekly clock card records for the master payroll sheet.
- Process any additional hour forms for weekly payroll, including holiday and sickness records.
- Processing starters and leavers for the business.
- Answer any payroll questions and queries.
- Cover Payroll Officer, when required.
- Other ad hoc duties, as required

We are keen to speak with individuals who have previous experience in a similar position where payroll has been your role or part of your role. This role would ideally suit someone who is a Finance Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator or similar.

To be successful in this Part-Time Payroll Assistant role opportunity, you will ideally:

- Have recent payroll experience e.g. using T&A (time and attendance) systems
- Have excellent attention to detail and data input skills
- Be proficient in accountancy software knowledge, such as Sage, Xero or Quickbooks. Ideally, you will also have good MS Office Excel skills too.
- Have good organisational, communication and team working skills

Based in Driffled, this role is commutable from Bridlington, Filey, Hutton Cranswick, Burton Agnes and surrounding areas. This is also accessible via regular public transport links, with car parking on-site too.
