HR Advisor

We're working in partnership with our client in Kendal to recruit for a HR Advisor. This will be a 6- 9 month FTC contract.

Our client is a well established organisation that provide services to their clients both in The UK and globally.

This role will deliver a compliant and professional HR service to the business; providing a quality advisory service to managers and employees and an effective administration system.

The role will involve:
Advising and supporting employees and line managers across multiple UK locations through complex disciplinary hearings, grievances meetings, long term absenteeism, capability, performance management, redundancy and other HR related activities in line withcurrent legislation and personnel related procedures/ working practices including SOX.

Ensuring all HR paperwork and supporting documentation for HR activities is provided in line with timescales for legislative compliance and SOX purposes and to undertake other HR related administrative duties.

Managing the UK new starter and leaver processes within the HR function, completing all system set up and issuing all documentation

Engaging line managers to promote the HR services and deal with any issues promptly.

Administering and driving the Performance management framework to ensure employee development meets business needs, whilst implementing individual development and improvement plans as required.

Implementing legislative compliant HR policies and documentation

Ensuring all filing (electronic and manual is up to date) and ensure the HR systems are maintained and up to date with all employee changes

Our client is offering a salary of circa £30k FTE along with attractive benefits package.
