Active Staff are excited to be working with our client who are based in Daventry. They are looking for a Stock Clerk to join their growing team.

**Pay**:

- £9.80 - £11.50 per hour

**Shift Pattern** - Monday to Friday (Friday hours to be confirmed will either be 8am
- 16.30pm or 9am - 17.30pm)

**Duties include -**
- To be an active part of the Stock control operation, ensuring quality targets are met and adhere to the processes.
- Ensure all work activities are adequately resourced and H & S policy is adhered to at all times.
- To maintain a proactive approach towards client requests.
- Achieve stock accuracy targets of less than 3% gross.1% net.
- Ensure all administrative functions are completed in line with company policy and procedures and client requirements.
- Ensure all departmental and contractual targets are met and exceeded whenever possible.
- Produce reports as requested by contract supervisors and /or managers.
- To deal with an ongoing/outgoing telephone calls politely and confidently, using own initiative to solve any situations that may arise.
- Report all administrative problems or restraints to you line manager
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem solving
- Contribute effectively in a team environment
- Promote co-operation with other teams and departments
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness and tidiness throughout the working environment

**Requirements include -**
- Must be Computer literate with advanced level in excel.
- Must work well in a small team.
- Experience of stock office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Health and safety awareness
