Job Summary:
The International Operations & Marketing Specialist - Cisco will support the management,marketing, reporting, and analytical requirements of Cisco and work closely with team members, Cisco, and company leadership to ensure high-level quality and support for Cisco. In addition, supporting marketing activities, events, campaigns, and communications with the responsibility for driving and promoting Cisco within SHI. This position will provide report findings in efforts to support solving problems and making appropriate decisions, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance.

The position will report to the International EMEA Commercial Director - Cisco Solutions

**Responsibilities**:
Include, but not limited to:

- Directly support the Cisco Director with marketing, reporting and activities relating to meeting objectives and performance of the Cisco Solutions Team
- Assist with Cisco Partner Management including certifications & specialisations planning and tracking, programme enrolments, marketing & rebate claims, QBR’s & planning.
- Monitor and control data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate and complete operational tasks and activities in compliance with partner program requirements
- Take complete ownership over operational escalations or requests and see them through to completion
- Help manage internal team requests for support on Cisco activities.
- Act as a "go-to" operational resource for SHI teams to answer general marketing, product, program, and process questions in relation to Cisco
- Work in a team environment to meet SLAs
- Attend or run customer calls in conjunction with sales teams as needed to review Cisco marketing and operational requests or issues
- Proactively assist the sales organization in moving Cisco marketing and opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Create relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with creating marketing plans and executing marketing activity
- Support the Sales and Vendor teams with Cisco partner and Marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the SHI marketing team to create SHI and Cisco branded content
- Maintain brand integrity across all initiatives and communications
- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create targeted content for various buying personas and buying stages
- Partner with internal SMEs to develop a strong understanding of customer challenges, opportunities, and solutions
- Work with the partner marketing team to strengthen Market Development Fund programs and deliverables
- Support with maintaining myshi marketing page (internal sharepoint site) including all content and collateral
- Understand and facilitate Cisco annuity billing between accounting and sales teams
- Act as an escalation contact for the sales organization on Cisco products, solutions, and services
- Attend all necessary Cisco meetings, training, and events
- Work on special projects as determined by business and management needs
- Support in identifying and improving any/all existing inefficient processes for the Cisco team and create documentation to be stored in Teams / SharePoint

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of Marketing experience, Inside Sales/Outside Sales experience or Partner/Vendor sales support experience
- Working Cisco knowledge and expertise and proficiency in CCW
