An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Mental Health Nurse or Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join the Louth Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), based at Windsor House in Louth.

The CMHT is part of the secondary care sector, providing assessments and treatment packages for a range of service users, aged from 18 years, with complex mental health needs. The team are committed to delivering high quality care and follow the care programme approach, with a focus on recovery and social inclusion.

As part of the role, you will be supported to grow and develop in a manner and pace that you wish to. The health and wellbeing of our team members are promoted through supervision, flexible working, and other means to support you.

Applications will be considered from newly qualified practitioners and for developmental posts, where applicable.
