**Job Overview**

Reporting into the Head of Brand & Communications, you'll work with team members and key stakeholders across the business to develop a programme that will ensure that our customers feel part of a community that enhances their experience and in return see tangible value from being part of it. You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with our customers, sharing their stories, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving brand loyalty through marketing campaigns and events.

**What You Will Do**
- Deliver a regular customer communications programme to strengthen customer retention and grow spend through the customer lifecycle.
- Promote customer go-lives, new wins internally and externally with particular focus on social media channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the customer focused user events (online and face to face).
- Implement programs, processes and tools to increase engagement between customers and System C to drive value and support cross-sell and up-sell campaigns executed by the demand generation team.
- Introduce a customer advocacy programme to increase advocacy across our business, to include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Support the measurement of programme effectiveness through generation of regular reports.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including Account Management, Product Management and support to ensure an integrated communication programme across the group.
- Develop a community platform for use across the System C user community to support communications and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content.
- Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to deliver projects and results within set timescales.
- Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
