We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team, providing outstanding support services in Supported and Assisted Living environments. Our focus is on **supporting adults and young people with physical and learning disabilities** across **Liverpool, Wirral, and Sefton.**

**Salary**:£12.44 per hour (plus holiday pay accrued at a rate of 12.07%).

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality support services to individuals in accordance with their personalised support plans.
- Assist with various activities, promoting independence in daily living, personal care, and mobility support.
- Support individuals with medication administration based on prescribed guidelines.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment, enhancing the wellbeing and dignity of those in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, documenting any changes in the individuals' conditions.
- Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the Indeed Flex team to align schedules and assignments with your availability and preferences.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker in Supported Living, ideally with individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a sincere commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
- Right to work in the UK.
