French Speaking Administrator

**Salary**: £25,000

Location: Hull

We are working with a client in the shipping industry who is looking for a French speaking administration assistant. This role will entail tracking shipment documentation, creating invoices and generalist support to the office. This is a new role and does need a person who has previous experience working in an office related environment and fluent in speaking and written French.

YOUR DUTIES:
Issue export tracking documentation to shippers

Processing the whole request from start to finish

Invoicing customers using an internal system

Dealing with generalist administrative support

THE CANDIDATE:
You must be fluent in French; this needs to be written and spoken

If you have worked in the shipping industry that would be an advantage but not essential

Have good IT skills

Previous experience working in an office related environment
