**The Venue**:
The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel, comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, English and Thai restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, Moroccan terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Beaconsfield train station / two-minute drive from M40 J2.

**The Role**:
We have three unique private function rooms accommodating up to 94 guests for meetings, conferences, and private parties. Our Events Co-ordinator is solely responsible for booking, planning and co-ordinating each private event from start to finish, including:

- Managing all enquiries
- Personally showcasing the venue to potential guests and third parties (bookers, agents, etc)
- Suggesting / upselling relevant products and services
- Taking reservations and confirming all details including timings, room layouts, food and beverages, audio-visual, flowers, entertainment, additional activities, etc
- Co-ordinating with front of house managers and chefs in advance to ensure that each event is well planned and executed
- Following up with guests after each event
- Training is provided for all new team members to ensure guests receive the ultimate Crazy Bear experience

- Previous event experience in hospitality essential including third parties

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
