- Supervise and provide direction to the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and standards.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and allocate tasks efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to enhance performance.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or guests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain open communication channels with both staff and customers to ensure their needs are met.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
