**About the role**:
As a Content Creators Team Lead at Altium you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of external content creators. In addition to managing the team, a Content Creators Team Lead will also be responsible for checking the quality of the work produced by the team. This may involve reviewing content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines and best practices.

**A Day in the Life of Our Content Creators Team Lead**:

- Establishing marketing content plans with the management of Marketing & Product Strategy Teams
- Overseeing a team of external content creators
- Distribution of work defined in the Marketing Content Plans between external content creators

and ensuring that they are completed on time
- Creating and maintaining a mechanism for monitoring the progress of content creation
- Delivering the results of content creators' work to the appropriate teams\platforms within

Altium
- Coordinate payments and contracts with contractors
- Performing the initial work quality check and pushing it through the approval chain, ensuring

materials get delivered to the end recipients promptly

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics (or related field) or work experience as an electronics engineer
- Experience of working with a team in a supervisory position, including the ability to set goals and

objectives, assign tasks and projects, and provide feedback and guidance to team members
- Strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating a variety of content, including written articles, blog posts, and other written

materials, as well as visual content such as videos or graphics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to

company guidelines and best practices
