Individual Giving Officer

We are working in partnership with Dogs for Good, who for over thirty years, have been utilising their knowledge and experience to bring people with disabilities and dogs together, enabling life-changing differences. Through the power of expertly traineddogs, they support people with autism, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and dementia, empowering them to live more independent lives.
They are seeking an Individual Giving Officer, who will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and day-to-day management of individual giving activities at Dogs for Good, namely the Sponsor a Puppy programme and campaign-driven cash appeals throughoutthe year - both digital and print. The postholder will oversee the smooth running of individual giving 'supporter journeys’ within the charity’s CRM (Dynamics), the planning and delivery of communications and the compilation of regular insight reports (e.g.new donors, lapsed donors and engagement).
This position would suit an individual already in the sector looking for a new challenge, or a recent graduate in marketing or communications, an experienced administrator or someone returning to work. Training and development will be available.
- Experience of working with a database/CRM system
- Solid IT skills including experience of working with Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Good writing skills and proven ability to write and check accuracy of engaging copy
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with an excellent eye for detail, strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve and adapt to newchallenges.
