As **Brand Lead,** you will lead the brand team to develop and drive the execution of strategic & operational plans with the objective to improve the lives of people in the UK.
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Direct line management of small team and indirect leadership for brand to broader cross-functional team
- Owns and leads the brand strategy and planning processes in-line with Global/CPO direction and operational brand plan using insight driven analysis
- Accountable for the aligned promotion of a top priority launch brand within Prostate cancer to ensure synergies are realised and customer experience enhanced
- Lead cross functional project teams ensuring in year operational plan delivers business goals for indication achieving commercial/financial objectives
- Monitors and controls expenditure, in line with agreed budget communicating deviations
**Minimum requirements:
** **Extensive experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry**:

- Experience in working across regions and within a commercial marketing team and the ability to both lead and work within a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated people leadership, alongside the ability to influence and create alignment across functional areas
- Thorough understanding of the NHS or equivalent structure and strategies, and how this impacts on the business
- In depth understanding of MHRA and ABPI rules and regulations and how these influence literature and marketing of pharmaceutical products in the UK
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, and proactively look for ways to remove barriers to success
- University degree BA/BS/MA degree in business, sciences, or similar
- Ability to build trust in remote stakeholder relationships
