We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dispatch clerk to join the team at the Leicester stie. You will be helping to provide on-site operational and administrative support to the team.

**What will I be responsible for?**
- Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
- Completing customer KPI's where required
- Ensuring correct details are inputted into the internal system
- Liaising with drivers on the gate comms system
- Downloading driver information
- Transport system management
- Experience in a similar role and sound knowledge of transport & logistics
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to balance priorities effectively
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Able to cope well when placed under pressure
- Ability to adapt to the changing environment
