We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Account Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Oldbury. As Regional Sales Account Manager, you will grow and manage new and existing accounts by networking businesses in multiple locationsto achieve retention and growth targets.

**What's on offer?**
- £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (plus bonus) - based on experience
- Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 7.45am to 1.45pm
- Field based with 2 - 3 days per month in the head office based in Oldbury
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- OTE bonus

**Key Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Account Manager**
- Manage a portfolio of customers across multiple sites
- Constantly seek new opportunities to expand the portfolio
- Monitor sales performance and activity levels and produce a monthly report detailing key result areas
- Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities
- Calling on customers on a regular basis, providing quotes and ensuring that enquiries and issues are followed up in a timely manner
- Weekly reporting

**The Successful Regional Sales Account Manager**
- Regional Account Managers need to have a natural flair and strong commercial acumen built into their nature
- You need to be a sales hunter as well as an excellent relationship manager, hungry to grow the business and thrive in a targeted, performance-measured culture
- This is a field-based role where you'll be supported by a sales manager
- ERP/ CRM Experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
