Procurement Manager

You will ideally have experience working within a similar role and have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifies and researches potential new suppliers and also you will be responsible negotiating contractsand acquiring the best deals for the company.
On a day to day basis, as the Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing all procurement activities
- Preparing contracts
- Sourcing strategies and procurement processes from start to finish
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Leading a team of Purchasing Administrators and delegate tasks across departments
- Reporting all daily spending and communicate to relevant Department
- Managing overall direction and evaluation of procurement for the business
- Maintaining an efficient system handling, coding and tracking of products
- Communicating with Accounts Department
- Preparing reports for the Finance Department
- Assessing total costs of company purchases
- Finalising purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Maintaining a controllable ordering system
- Overseeing a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain
- Providing procurement support for other departments
- Leading and developing supplier relationship management and building strong supplier relationships
- Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested
