**A bit more about the opportunity**:
We have an exciting new role for a Communications Officer to join us at the National Fostering Group. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications with our foster carers and internal employees. You will build relationships with many stakeholders, internal and external, and feedback on communication engagement and satisfaction.
You will coordinate the regular evaluation of our communications activity, using tools to measure the efficiency and deliver ways to improve channels and methods for maximum impact. You will produce regular reports to share with the senior leadership team to ensure communication activity feeds into wider business plans.
An important part of the role will involve you liaising with our Carer Recruitment Team and Fostering Advisers to understand carer cohort engagement and communication needs. This will support them with the recruitment and retention of our carers.

The successful applicant will have strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across multiple channels and audiences. You will be confident communicating with everyone across the Group - from senior management to people on the ground. Other essential criteria is listed below:
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience of implementing positive engagement strategies for internal stakeholders across multiple levels
- Ownership and development of an internal and external communication strategy
- Experience in communication across multiple platforms
- Ownership of day-to-day communication tactics
- Own, create and implement internal stakeholder surveys
- Experience of reporting and analysis of company communication and engagement
