**About the role**

As our Talent Attraction Executive you’ll be responsible for implementing the agreed talent attraction strategy across the family: In other words, you’ll take a proactive approach to the recruitment needs of the business and work to become an employer of choice in every area we operate. You’ll work as part of a new People Team with a strong emphasis on being a trusted advisor to managers.across the business.

You will work closely with our vacancy management partners and take a hands on approach to senior management recruitment, whilst building strong relationships with schools, colleges and other agencies to encourage the next generation into hospitality.

**What you’ll need**

Ideally, you’ll have experience of general HR duties and recruitment, with specific interest in early careers and talent attraction. Experience of using recruitment systems is essential and be passionate about the wonderful opportunities that hospitality can offer. You’ll have proven skills in recruitment as your knowledge and confidence will enable you to develop ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with key senior managers across the business. Ideally your experience will come from the hospitality, or similar fast paced business.
