Vision are looking for Level 2 Teaching Assistants or above to join their workforce.

**About the role**:
As the Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support the delivery of a balanced and inclusive curriculum. You will work with pupils across the school, providing support for individuals and groups, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking pupil progress, and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Level 2 Teaching Assistants you will:

- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- A positive and proactive attitude towards professional development
- A commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders to deliver an inclusive and engaging curriculum.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
