**About the Corporate Client Manager role**:
As our **Corporate Client Manager** you will be directly responsible for the client management of a portfolio of corporate clients requiring a high degree of relationship management. This will include working on strategies to drive employerand employee engagement, multiple aspects of client servicing, negotiate annual renewal contracts.

**Your responsibilities as our Corporate Client Manager will include**:

- Working daily in a consultative manner with your Team Manager, as well as senior level client contacts up to HR Director level, senior level employee benefits intermediaries, consultancies, brokers, internal and external stakeholders
- Developing deep relationships with clients and their intermediaries delivering exceptional customer service
- Identifying client requirements and objectives, developing a cohesive and comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy that drives engagement in the Vitality proposition and facilitates renewal. Responsibility for resolving complex and challenging situationsfor our clients, working closely with internal teams
- An expert at reviewing and discussing our detailed corporate Management Information both on claims and Vitality programme,in order to interpret the data to forge workplace wellness strategies and relevant product design by client.Working hand in handwith the client intermediary and in the context of existing strategies and benefits in line with large complex organisations
- Ability to passionately articulate the Vitality brand and product - succinct sales messaging, expert in conveying our USP’s
- Seasoned and expert presenter, in person and virtually with the gravitas needed to persuade a senior audience
- Exceptional negotiation skills, both internally and externally to renew clients at the best possible premium
- Supports the profitability of the corporate portfolio
- Guides the generation of new business and helps to drive expansions and upgrades from their portfolio.Meeting pre-defined retention and other targets as per the Bonus Scheme whilst adhering to KPI’s

**What we’re looking for in our Corporate Client Manager**:
**Essential**
- **Essential Experience of Client management in Health Insurance/Healthcare/Health and Wellbeing/Employee Benefits and intermediary sectors**:

- Strategic account planning for corporate clients
- Ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to Client Management
- Experienced in delivering sales messaging and presentations at multiple levels including HR director level
- Sales experience in account management of corporate clients
- Ability to analyse data and Management Information and presentations to corporate clients
- Project management
- Experience in word, excel, powerpoint and digital platforms
- Degree level or equivalent - has in-depth knowledge in own discipline, gained through significant work experience in a relevant role or sector

**Desirable**
- IF7 qualification
