We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work for our client, one of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms. This is a full-time role, hybrid working arrangement mixing home working with visits to the Manchester or Sheffield office.

The role will suit a highly organised administrator with experience providing support within a fast-paced HR environment. You would provide effective support as part of the Early Careers team who are tasked with attracting, selecting and developing apprentices and trainee solicitors to qualification.

- **The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Early Careers you would be primarily responsible for providing effective administrative support to the early careers team in attracting apprentices and trainee solicitors, acting as the first point of contact for those interested in an apprenticeship, internship or training contract with the business.

Key tasks will include
- Coordinating events such as law fairs, presentations, assessment centres, trainee induction and development
- Building relationships with external stakeholders including training providers and education establishments
- Organising resources to ensure all assessment centres are supported, scheduling in assessment centres, booking rooms, sourcing assessors from the business and facilitating the assessment centres to ensure they are run efficiently



Good working knowledge and experience of early careers recruitment and development including apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes would be ideal however is not essential.

In addition, the following will be required
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work autonomously and use own initiative to plan key events
- Robust administration skills, excellent attention to detail and strong planning ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate with a professional and diplomatic telephone manner
