O’Halloran & O’Brien are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team in Canterbury. You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular and have a strong portfolio of work on large house-building projects. You will also need to have a strong presence on-site.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Typical duties for the Groundworks Foreman will include:

- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
- Keeping site diaries
- Toolbox talks
- Liaising and working with the client
- Quality Assurance.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Managing the labour and putting men to work.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.

**Requirements**:
You will need to have an extensive background within groundworks in particular, and have a strong portfolio of work on large house building projects.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid
- Experienced working for groundworks and civils sub-contractors.

**Salary**: From £1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
