Eteach is seeking a motivated and passionate person to join the team working with our SEND division in our expanding Bracknell Office.
You will be joining a team working on a warm desk which has active clients and bookings. We are looking for someone who has a passion for special educational needs and wants a rewarding career where the work you do influences the next generation.

We are looking for someone from an educational background whether that is as a recruitment consultant or as a member of staff within an educational provider. Sales experience isn’t essential, we are looking for someone with the drive to succeed.

**The role will include**:

- Meeting KPIs set to you by your manager
- Visit and meet with schools
- Grow the SEND desk
- Sales calls
- Stand out from the crowd

**Job Requirements**

**Must haves for the role**:

- Be able to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Ambition, motivation & resilience
- Be passionate about special educational needs/education

**You will experience**:

- A diverse workforce of colleagues
- Regular social activities & events
