Quality Systems leverage technology for delivering an integrated solution to position problem solving teams to do great work with the least amount of required effort. Systems we create and manage have the capability to gather, store, organize, manipulate, calculate, analyse, format, and report vast amounts of data in order to create actionable information. Advanced analytics is used to integrate data from numerous sources throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle and run predictive analytics to identify and prioritise root causes of product quality issues.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop & implement systems to deliver quality data and process requirements for various stakeholders.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes.
- Support development of IT solutions to support efficiency improvement for work streams related to improving JLR quality.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
- Support colleagues to implement, use and comply to data governance frameworks - operating models, roles and responsibilities, policies/procedures and key metrics.
- Gain agreement of the best method of introducing system changes.
- Communicate the benefits of system changes across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Numerate and/or computing background and a keen problem solver.
- Experience with data manipulation and data visualisation.
- Previous experience and knowledge of various data management tools (i.e., SDS etc.) & MS Excel / Access
- High level of IT literacy with some programming experience.
- Ability to analysing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement.
- Having excellent communication skills, able to produce concise and accurate summary reporting, as well as communicating effectively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of project management techniques and experience in conducting tests, surveys, and workshops.
- Experience of working in an AGILE environment having lead teams as scrum master / leader.
- Experience of making decisions related to prioritisation and minimum viable product.
- Delivered E2E system changes that need business needs and aligned to organisational goals.
